• "Services" refers to logistics and courier services provided
• "Customer" or "You" refers to the individual or entity using our services
• "Shipment" refers to packages, documents, or goods being transported

3. Service Description

Famous Escape provides logistics and courier services including but not limited to:

• Same-day delivery services
• Next-day delivery services
• Scheduled collections and deliveries
• Package tracking and monitoring
• Multi-drop delivery routes

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete information including:

• Correct delivery addresses and contact details
• Accurate description of shipment contents
• Proper packaging and labeling of items
• Declaration of any hazardous or restricted items

4.2 Prohibited Items

Customers may not ship the following items:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Hazardous materials without proper authorization
• Perishable items without appropriate packaging
• Items exceeding weight or size restrictions
• Valuable items without declared value and insurance

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Service Charges

Pricing for services is based on factors including distance, weight, urgency, and special handling requirements. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon booking unless credit terms have been agreed
• Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6. Delivery Terms

6.1 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, traffic, or recipient unavailability.

6.2 Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the declared value or £50 per item, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased.

7.2 Claims Process

Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. Claims must be supported by appropriate documentation and evidence.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

10. Modifications to Terms
